From Nelly, the Owner, to the soft-spoken receptionist, to the Titi who washed my hair like I was in an upscale spa! ♥️I have to admit, I was extremely reluctant to make this appointmentBut, after reading so many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try.It was such a pleasure to walk in for an 8am appt and walk out before 10am. I mean, a pleasure! Now, Nelly did warn me she can't always guarantee the quick turnaround, but that her team does their best despite the busy clientele. I appreciated how Nelly listened to my hair needs and then provided natural, non abrasive hair care recommendations. She patiently explained the various hair coloring brands and answered honestly about what the product claims to do and what the product actually does. I enjoyed my experience at Nelly's Beauty Paradise so much, I made an appointment to return in 3 weeks for a color experience.“

My ends were damaged and she was very good with cutting my hair exactly how I requested and showed me how it looked before moving on. Blow dry and style was on point. Great conversation too. For wash and curl took 1.5hrs.“
