If you are always looking for fun activities to do in DE and are constantly disappointed for not finding much, look no further. This dance studio is absolutely amazing.I found them through Google search and contacted Peter, the owner. He was beyond kind in helping me figure out what kind of class we should take, and after a lot of emailing back and forth we took their "intro to social dancing" (by we I mean me, my partner and a couple friend of ours) which was truly helpful in us actually understanding what it is to dance with another person in a social setting. We are Persian and we love to dance but in a very different way, in our parties you just dance by yourself near others. Which is fun but not nearly as fun as the social dances we learned about in Peter's class.After we finished that course we realized we loved Salsa the best, which is why we started taking Salsa 1 with Joe Figueroa (who is one of the best of the best in Salsa dancing) and have been having a blast meeting other dance enthusiasts. The place is beyond welcoming even if you know nothing about dancing or are too shy, and the social dances! If you love parties, those are the ones to be at.We just went to our first Latin social dance this previous Friday and it was amazing. An hour class to teach the basic moves, so even if you know no salsa, you'll be covered. And then all night dancing! It has been amazing and after watching so many other amazing dancers I am convinced I want to learn Bachata too!Peter, his wonderful wife and Luan are amazing in guiding you through what to do and which courses to take, and it has become such a favorite place for us to go to, almost like a second home. You can also always figure out things that don't work with your schedule, there is no rigidity in dance! For instance we had to miss some sessions and Peter kindly helped us with re-using those in another class.I think Take the Lead has been such a blessing in our lives, I look forward to our dance session all week.Cannot recommend more.Also, if you have doubts about your physical capabilities or some similar issues, you can always discuss it with Peter or the other owners/instructors. I have seen people age 60 and above dance amazingly in this studio and there is no limit to the joy.
I love the this studio I danced here my whole life as long as I can remember dancing is my life and this Studio makes it possible I can’t imagine having to leave it it’s my home

A good facility. The volunteer staff is friendly. I question the upper level management's decision to not allow spectators in the facility. Parents drive all that way and pay a lot of money for their child to participate in additional sports leagues. Telling the parents they cant come in and watch is absurd.
The first time we called Mobile Notary for notarization, we hadn't used a notary in years, most places were closed or very limited hours due to COVID, and we had some serious schedule limitations. Amy responded quickly and was very flexible with timing. We were so impressed with how organized, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional she was, we went back to her again...and again. We had a 60' tree fall in our yard. The problem was that the tree was multi-trunked and the rot that made one fall might be in the others...I called Twin Oaks and Larry, the owner, said he would come out. He did and he called next day confirming our suspicions. (My husband has a forestry degree and arborist experience. But this job required special equipment and a team.) Larry said that the remainder could fall anytime. And if it did, it would take our shed and fence, and our neighbors' fences. It could also hit our deck and pergola.Larry came out within 2 day s with his guys. They were here at 8a.m. as promised. Larry was first concerned with the safety of the crew and brought a crane back so no one worked IN the tree; it was not solid. Four hours later, the tree was down safely and the risk was mitigated.Twin Oaks did a terrific job from start to finish. Twin Oaks never disappoints but considering the situation, they exceeded every expectation. If you need tree removal, Larry and Twin Oaks will not disappoint.Service: Tree removal

Dr. Newswanger herself is a 5 star doctor and worth the small trip for me. Shes been so busy with patients that ive been pushed onto the nurse practitioners a majority of the time over the last few years, they are "okay." Ask for Dr. Newswanger when you schedule an appointment if you can afford to wait.

I stopped here out of convenience a few months ago. Place is clean and staff are welcoming. It is quiet, music or TV, but not a lot of chatter. I have continued to come here because of the staff and the cleanliness (yes you can use the bathroom). But now, although all technicians are very good, I come here to see Henry. Meticulous in everything he does. Very good massage and excellent pedicure. I also like that this salon is not too large ...just prefect.
Visited here for the first time after being recommended by a friend! I got a liquid gel full set done by Sophie. She was so sweet and did an AMAZING job! I’m very picky with my nails and she made them look perfect! They came out so natural and elegant. We visited Hockessin Chiropractic Center location. Brad M Swasy is very polite and have lot of patience in listening to the clients issues. Sometimes doctors good words will be good enough to give moral strength to patients. He is treating backpain issues gently and providing all possible guidance and actions we should take to get to normal stage. Surely I recommend Dr. Swash. Coming to front desk, they are really good in providing exceptional service. I would definitely recommend this location and doctors.

Dr. Greg is great. I have suffered for awhile with a bad hip. After just one session I am feeling significant relief. He is careful to explain what he is finding and what he is doing while working with you. Never used a Chiropractor before, but I am sold now.
