I came into this Ulta to do multiple Happy Returns and had to bring both my infant and my toddler with me. The process took much longer than usual because the Happy Returns system wasn’t cooperating, and despite my best efforts, my toddler was…also not cooperating.

The staff was incredibly kind and understanding — just genuine grace in a moment that could’ve felt very overwhelming.
