“Dan was stellar and fixed my GE dishwasher when it wouldn’t turn on saving me $500+ from needing to buy a new one.
I first called on Monday…he personally answered and patiently walked me through some things to try when I got home from work. He said if those didn’t work, call him first thing Tuesday morning. That’s what I did and he scheduled me for 12:30p same day. Showed up on time and was able to do a software update on the dishwasher (…who knew?!) that got it working like new again.

He recommended replacing the machine due to cost of the part needed and age of my machine. This honestly is much appreciated. I love that there is only a $20 service charge for him to come out.
