“I have to really plan and commend John Z and Hawkins & Sons with all the support and assistance in securing an oven not only replaced my 48 inch Viking, but was able to be installed in a very old & narrow historic home.<br><br>A considerable amount of time was spent with their researching a variety of different ovens, as well as sending out the team to fully assess the possibility of installation as well as removal of the former 48 inch oven.<br><br>All around I so appreciate the support and extensive research and the big kudos out to the installation team as well who managed the removal of the old oven and the installation of the new without any hiccups or damage to home of belongings!<br><br>Thank you”
“Dan was stellar and fixed my GE dishwasher when it wouldn’t turn on saving me $500+ from needing to buy a new one.<br>I first called on Monday…he personally answered and patiently walked me through some things to try when I got home from work. He said if those didn’t work, call him first thing Tuesday morning. That’s what I did and he scheduled me for 12:30p same day. Showed up on time and was able to do a software update on the dishwasher (…who knew?!) that got it working like new again.<br>Highest recommendation; he will be my first call for any other appliance problems I might have.”

Arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. Explained what was wrong and how to fix it if it happens again. The price for the call was extremely reasonable. Would call Durkin again for problems with any appliance.”

Bob was very timely for his scheduled appointment and in under and hour was able to diagnose the issue and quote me for repair costs. He recommended replacing the machine due to cost of the part needed and age of my machine. This honestly is much appreciated. I love that there is only a $20 service charge for him to come out. Will definitely call Bob back again if needed.”
