Ed Emrich was professional, friendly and on time. He did a thorough diagnostic of our washing machine and gave us all the information needed so that we could make the decision to either go ahead with repairs or buy a new machine. We will definitely use Mr. Appliance again!

Five star service all around. When our dryer suddenly started to thump, I made an appointment on the Mr. Appliance website for service the next day, but shortly thereafter received a call from the office and was able to schedule same-day attention. The office sent a text with a picture of the Service Professional (Mo) when he was on his way. Mo diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it clearly, provided an estimate, then spent about 45 minutes repairing the dryer. Fast, easy, reasonably priced - I was back in business for our weekly load of sheets and towels. And Mo was a pleasure to work with.

Ian was excellent which is why the 5-star rating, but read on please. Obviously experienced, totally professional, and not only did he do an excellent job, he kept me updated on each aspect of the job. Well done, Ian! HOWEVER: Ian's expertise aside, you need to coordinate better with your dispatcher. It was set up for the service tech to be on site between 12:00 and 4:00 pm with 1:00 pm preferred due to pet management preparation. However, Ian showed up at 10:00 which complicated matters. We worked it out, but still had the pets on site instead of out for a walk. More confusing was having two separate tickets for one address...We're thankful the office manager caught...read full review
