“Dr. Jack and his team are true professionals. They put a detailed action plan in place for my back injury. Every visit was pleasant and the staff was always eager to help and assist with my physical therapy. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to my appointments because my treatment is working! Thank you to the staff @ Comprehensive Accident and Injury Center. I highly recommend them!”
“Excellent service from the medical assistant, she did not rush the appointment.
Dr. Helen Mashick, as usual was extremely professional, took more time than I was scheduled for and we mapped out a plan for many upcoming procedures.
If you have severe dermatology problems, find another practice-but great for general, simple skin checks.”
“I had a fantastic experience getting Xeomin injections at Vitality Health & Med Spa. . From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. The office was clean, stylish, and professional—everything you’d want from a cosmetic clinic.
Suellen was amazing! She took the time to understand what I wanted, explained the process clearly, and answered all my questions. The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless. I appreciated how skilled and knowledgable she was.
I’m already loving the results—natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends!”
