I have been a patient there for almost 4 years. I'm considering leaving the practice. There are no such things as emergency appointments. Six days ago I was finally seen by my NP. He prescribed antibiotics for a bladder infection. Yesterday I called back to report I was still sick. I was told that she would send a note to my Dr and will call me back after she hears from him. I never heard a thing. This morning I got an email from Walgreens saying my script was ready. They said the script was sent over at 11 am YESTERDAY. Needless to say I'm not happy about that. Dr. Julia Elcock-Vengen is a super responsible and caring doctor who is always willing to listen to you and explain the normal or innormal indicators in your results report. Her examinations are very thorough too.
Update: Dr. Mackall is THE BEST!!!! I drive 40 minutes from Claymont to see her at the Bunker Hill location!! SO attentive and helpful!The three stars are for Dr. Gregory/Mackall, I always have a great visit with her when I am in and she is super helpful and attentive to my concerns.The lab attached to the office, Quest, leaves a lot to be desired. Trinity advertises this place when they request bloodwork as it is right next door. I visited on 3/10 and it was clear that I was just an annoyance/inconvenience to the technician when I walked in, even though I was the only patient. She was very unfriendly and seemed to be angry that I was disrupting her work on the computer....read full review
