the rehabilitation people were awesome miss them Christina 😢 all them were great was there 20 days tell them hi this is Chris tell the day nurse who help me n gave me fresh tea bags she was awesome and all nurse helpers were and I got my wheel chair about 2 d a y I was their and started rehabilitation n plenty of food 3 times a,day and coffee some bad post to me they were great
Wow! I can’t say nothing less of compassion and excellent service. My grandpop was a resident at this facility recently and I have NOTHING negative to say. These employees and staff members are trying so hard and it’s felt. The rehab department worked miracles on my grandpop who could not walk coming from the hospital. I am so glad I did not listen to the negative reviews and sent my grandpop to this facility. I’ve never been to a facility that ensures that the families meet all the managers within the first few days. If I ever had any questions I knew exactly who to go to.

I'm rating a 2 ONLY b/c of the therapy team; they are wonderful & do their jobs above & beyond expectation. If not for them, my father would have gotten zero attention during his month+-long stay. We were already skeptical based on the word of paramedics, hospital staff, & past reviews. But we were following Dr recommendation & this was the only place with an opening at the time.
There were several times my father fell out of bed, which should have been lowered almost to the ground to avoid injuries.. & fell out of his geri-chair also, b/c they almost never took him out of it. His roommates gave us more daily info than the staff ever did, informing us of falls...read full review
