The answering service is HORRIBLE!!! I’m not sure if it’s a total lack of understanding or what!!!! They told me a form had been completed that had NOT BEEN COMPLETED. I went all the way to the office just to be told that the form was never completed. Never mind the fact that I dropped the form off TWO WEEKS AGO!!!! The doctor wrote a letter in his behalf but the coach wouldn’t take it….says the form is required by law and the doctor should know that! And now, my son may not be able to tryout for the basketball team at his school because I couldn’t get a form filled out that I dropped off 2 weeks ago. I am BEYOND upset!
