Would recommend to anyone. May was a fantastic barber and an ever better person. She gave me a great haircut and had a great conversation the whole time. If you’re looking for a good haircut for a good price I would definitely recommend going here.
As a femme presenting person with a pixie cut, I love how they don’t up charge what is essentially my “men’s” haircut just because I present as a woman. If you are a femme or NB person who just wants an easy no-frills short style, this is the place to go! I don’t think they have experience in curly or highly textured hair but I might be wrong. Prices are extremely reasonable for being in NW DC.
I've been coming to see Try several times since I came to DC. I cannot find anyone better. He can do an excellent fade, very neat trim, and has given me recommendations on hair styles based on my head shape. He fixed a very bad haircut that I got elsewhere and it looks amazing. Highly recommend.
