He did not ask for any payment and we agreed I would keep an eye on it. Once I found the source he came right back and diagnosed what parts he needed to order. Again, he did not ask for payment. Once the ordered parts came in, he let me know and came back to fix it. He never asked to be paid until the problem was resolved. He is kind and so pleasant. I highly recommend him. He was able to check it out the very next day for an $89 service fee which would be cancelled if we hired him for the repair.I sent him the address and he showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the situation as a faulty igniter. He was prepared to replace it right away for just under $300.I gave him the go-ahead and he shortly had that fixed up and my oven working. The technician that I spoke to literally talked me through 10 minutes worth of troubleshooting with my Whirlpool refrigerator and as soon as my part comes in I should be up and running.
