Kalid is a professional and a gentleman. I found him through Thumbtack, and from the start his communication was prompt and responsive. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the faulty circuit board on my washer, and efficiently handled the repair.
What set him apart was his commitment after the job was complete. As I worked through challenges with Home Depot’s insurance plan, Kalid continued to provide guidance and support when his services had ended.
I recommend him for his technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and genuine integrity. He’s not only great at what he does, he’s a great person to work with - thank you.
I just used Khalid to repair my dishwasher, and will use him for all of my future appliance repair needs! He was at my house within a couple hours of our initial call and fixed the problem very quickly at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Khalid for your appliance repair needs.
Khalid was very responsive, came out and diagnosed the problem with my ice maker and fridge and saved me at least $300 from what another service company told me was wrong. Super nice guy too.
