We arrived home on a Sunday to find a puddle of water in our kitchen and then learned our refrigerator had stopped working. I made several attempts to reach a technician, only to be repeatedly frustrated by call services or voicemails. Then Nick answered his phone, calmly explained he understood the issue and would be able to come over shortly to help. After arriving, he confirmed his initial diagnosis, confirmed he had the parts, walked me through what he was going to do, explained the cost and, within minutes, we were back up and running.
