GM Appliance Services LLC was professional, explained the washer issue clearly, ordered parts, and quickly resolved the problem. I appreciate their promptness and give them a 5-star rating.

had a fridge which defrosted and opened a ticket with my home warranty company. they came and looked at the fridge and did not find anything wrong. they asked me to watch the fridge and if the problems resurfaced to call them. I left the fridge on and it seemed to work ok. The following day I came home and opened the freezer door and found that a freezer shelf and glass shelf covering the freezer drawers and a door shelf were missing. I called and left a message on the cellphone of the technician and got no response. I then called the company on Tuesday after labor day and was told they would contact the technician and get back to me. I contacted them again a few days… read full review
