They were able to get all the stains out and re-stained them beautifully. For my second project, I hired them to pull up carpet and install Mohawk Revwood floors, which they helped me pick out. “We had just painted our whole down stairs.we have an old Dutch colonial with sun-polar,living room and dinning room all connecting with large arch ways. The sunroom and dinning room did not need to be redone but our living room floor was a mess and badly in need of a redo. .Initially we were going to have the floor sanded,but on recommendation of David from Mr Sandless of Fairfield county we did the Sandless method as the floor had already been sanded once and afraid the floor would look lighter then the adjoining rooms. They put a cleaner down and then buffed out all the embedded dirt out and then put down a polyurethane (they added a slight tint) with his recommendation and our approval to match the other rooms. It came out ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. My husband and I could not be more pleased. David was very patient with helping us decide and came out to look at the floor before and during the whole process.His staff was very professional, nice and knowledgeable. left with no mess or dust. Would definitely recommend them. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work.“

“We have now done two projects with Steve from Carpet King and Flooring and both have been flawless. In June 2020, we had carpeting removed and replaced with vinyl plank flooring in our in law apartment. Steve came over with several samples and had the job done for us within days. Couldn't have been an easier project. We were on a very tight timeline and he made it happen without issue, even in the height of the pandemic. About a year later we noticed a slight defect in one of the planks, and because of the lifetime warrantee, he came out and fixed it right away.Most recently we had him replace the hard wood floors in our kitchen and dining room with vinyl plank flooring as part of our kitchen renovation. He had a great selection of styles and colors in his showroom at very fair prices. He was also able to make some excellent recommendations to save us a ton of time and money with the project when he came out to measure our space, that we would not have considered on our own. Because he is so reasonable, we had his crew come to demo the existing floors and make all necessary repairs before installing the new floors. Despite coming across several layers of unexpected flooring, they did a fantastic job preparing the space for the new floors. We were beyond impressed with how fantastic our new floors look, and can't wait to continue updating the rest of the flooring in our home.Steve has been excellent to work with start to finish. He is extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with. He answered all of our questions along the way. Scheduling each step of the project was simple, and his crew was always on time and professional. They clearly take pride in their work. Would highly recommend!“

“Our experience with Westwood Flooring is beyond comparison. They are not only the best flooring provider and installer, but also on the of best companies that we've ever dealt with. They are clearly committed to total customer satisfaction in every aspect of their business. We installed flooring in a large family room and also had three hardwood floors sanded and refinished. We had a problem with the new flooring that was due to a manufacturer defect. Westwood contacted the manufacturer, replaced the problem boards and reduced the overall fee as compensation, basically returning the manufacturer's rebate. Several years later we had a wear problem on one of the other refinished floors that was likely our fault due to our Labrador retriever. After promptly coming out when contacted, Westwood's management said that "the stain should have held up better regardless" and refinished and restrained the floor at no charge. This is purely amazing service, with a total commitment to quality. I very highly recommend them!“
