Our experience with Westwood Flooring is beyond comparison. They are not only the best flooring provider and installer, but also on the of best companies that we've ever dealt with. They are clearly committed to total customer satisfaction in every aspect of their business. We installed flooring in a large family room and also had three hardwood floors sanded and refinished. We had a problem with the new flooring that was due to a manufacturer defect. Westwood contacted the manufacturer, replaced the problem boards and reduced the overall fee as compensation, basically returning the manufacturer's rebate. The service, selection and craftsmanship were outstanding. We looked at 4 or 5 other flooring dealers and none compared. Delivery and workers were on time, and didn’t leave till they cleaned, vacuumed and carried all debris away. The condo hadn’t been updated in over 30 years and with new vinyl flooring in kitchen, bathroom and alcove area it looks fabulous. The carpeting throughout my stair cases and living room, dining area and bedroom were beautifully done. Extremely happy and highly recommend Westwood Flooring and Design. Westwood flooring is an extraordinary company. From our very first contact with them their standard of excellence was remarkable. They turned our 150 year old antique floors into perfection. Their attention to detail was amazing. They were prompt, considerate, careful with our furnishings, efficient and immaculate throughout the whole process . They finished a week sooner than expected. They were knowledgeable and extremely polite and highly skilled craftsmen. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
