“I rarely write reviews, but Jeff and his team earned one.
After having a very poor experience with another flooring contractor, I brought Jeff in to evaluate the situation. From the first meeting, the difference in professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail was obvious.
Jeff took the time to walk me through exactly what he saw, explain what should have been done differently, discuss product options, and answer every question I had. He recommended Bona Red Out and explained the pros and cons up front, resulting in a much better (less pink) finish color. There were no surprises, no sales pressure, and no upselling. Just honest advice from someone who genuinely knows hardwood floors inside and out.
The workmanship was outstanding. His crew removed and replaced the shoe molding properly, masked off the entire kitchen and cabinetry to prevent dust contamination, protected the home, and left the place spotless when they finished. The attention to detail was on a completely different level.
Most importantly, the floors came out exactly how they should have. Smooth, consistent, beautiful, and professionally finished. Areas that other contractors dismissed as “good enough” were treated by Jeff as basic workmanship standards.
Jeff was present throughout the process, brought in his best installer to help on the project, and personally conducted the final walkthrough. He stands behind his work and clearly takes pride in his craft.
