We moved into a new home and the wood floors needed to be refinished. When they removed the carpet there were a bunch of unexpected additional repairs needed. You'd never know it now. The refinished floors look AMAZING. And the cost of the additional unexpected repairs was very reasonable, as was the overall price. The New England Custom Floors team were more like artisans than just workers, meticulously attending to every detail throughout the multistage process. Jorge and his team at New England Custom Floors did an incredible job sanding and staining the floors of our newly purchased home. We wanted to refinish the floors to remove years of dog scratches on the first and second floor. I was worried about the dust created from sanding and matching the color of the stain to the stairs. I expressed these concerns to Jorge and he took care of everything. The team came in and covered every inch of our home in plastic, and double wrapped our kitchen appliances. I am a building contractor and I have been using Jorge and Ishmael for my flooring projects for well over 10 years. They consistently do an outstanding job on all our flooring projects. They've done very unique flooring systems for us involving hand scraping that requires a tremendous amount of detail that most flooring contractors just do not have nearly the same skill level to execute. They have also done jobs with specialty finishes to create unique colors utilizing chemicals as well. Their quality and craftsmanship are unparalleled and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their next flooring project.
