We came in on a very busy Sunday and one of the associates, Badr, was extremely helpful and patient with us as we went through the list of materials we needed to order. He helped us find what we needed and also advised us on the couple of odds and ends that were not in stock and how to order. He was excellent! He made the process very easy.

I just had to take a moment to share my incredible experience with Ryan at the Fairfield Floor Decor Tile Store. Ryan was an absolute lifesaver throughout the entire process. From the get-go, he was super friendly and approachable, making me feel comfortable discussing my project with him.Ryan's expertise was on full display as he helped me track down the specific tiles I had in mind. He guided me through the store, making sure I didn't get lost in the sea of options. But that's not all - he even helped me load loaded the tiles onto the cart for me! Chris was an amazing help!! I called from Long Island and he was honestly great. He helped me out over the phone to find a specific tile that I wanted and he even called other stores around me to see if they had it in stock. Overall, amazing customer service & I’d deff recommend him to anyone else!!
