“We have now done two projects with Steve from Carpet King and Flooring and both have been flawless. In June 2020, we had carpeting removed and replaced with vinyl plank flooring in our in law apartment. Steve came over with several samples and had the job done for us within days. Couldn't have been an easier project. We were on a very tight timeline and he made it happen without issue, even in the height of the pandemic. About a year later we noticed a slight defect in one of the planks, and because of the lifetime warrantee, he came out and fixed it right away.Most recently we had him replace the hard wood floors in our kitchen and dining room with vinyl plank flooring as part of our kitchen renovation. He had a great selection of styles and colors in his showroom at very fair prices. He was also able to make some excellent recommendations to save us a ton of time and money with the project when he came out to measure our space, that we would not have considered on our own. Because he is so reasonable, we had his crew come to demo the existing floors and make all necessary repairs before installing the new floors. Despite coming across several layers of unexpected flooring, they did a fantastic job preparing the space for the new floors. We were beyond impressed with how fantastic our new floors look, and can't wait to continue updating the rest of the flooring in our home.Steve has been excellent to work with start to finish. He is extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with. He answered all of our questions along the way.
