“I can't believe I have kept forgetting to write a good review for this company! I have used this company now for about 3-4 years for various rugs and carpet at both my small business, previous home, and our new house. Our first experience was with having an oriental rug cleaned, which I was very nervous about due to the delicate nature of those types of rugs (and it was quite expensive). Vic was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable upon my initial questions. We had the rug taken to their location to be "deep cleaned", and I must say it was like a brand new rug when he brought it back! They did an amazing job! I didn't realize how shabby it must have been, until we saw it cleaned. The rug came back with no quality issues at all. After our first experience, we have always come to All Purpose for any cleaning services because of the great service and fair pricing. Vic is great with communication and always extremely reliable. Fair pricing and great quality aside, Vic seems like such a nice guy and a good business man, which as a small business owner myself- I appreciate. He always remembers me and my family, asks questions about how we/things are going, etc. That simple extra touch means a lot to customers, I believe. We highly recommend them!“

“FDX Restoration provides excellent, quality service and a prompt response. I was selling a house "as is." Its water heater tank was old and leaking a small amount of water onto the basement floor. I was not going to replace it.I had hired Astacio Plumbing to shut off the water to that tank and drain the tank because I wanted to prevent the possibility of gallons of water flooding the basement. Four days later on a Sunday the water pressure relief valve failed, dispersing gallons of water throughout the mechanic room, finished basement then into the garage.FDX Restoration began the mitigation work on Monday removing the lower approximately 40" of sheet rock and the engineered flooring in the finished basement. Three days later water was dripping from the top of the water heater tank.This is second time in 11 yrs I have used FDX Restoration's services and would not consider using any other company. Andrew, Chris and their crew do a professional job.“

“I have been using this cleaners for years now and have always been happy with service and pricing. Owner is super friendly and very accommodating. Recently I noticed they cleaned suede boots. I had a pair I was going to throw out because they had so much ground in salt from the winter. They were actually hard. To my very pleasant surprise, I just picked them up and they look almost brand new. Very happy with outcome. Highly reccomend.“
