Everything went very well. The Puroclean team was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them for flood mitigation issues. Francis is wonderful, bright and kind and can easily set your mind at ease during this property crisis.
Francis and his team were outstanding! They immediately came on site after a failed sump pump flooded our finished basement and were calming, kind, and showed concern. Within 12 hours, the entire basement and its contents including wall-to-wall carpeting and wet sheet rock had been removed and discarded. Francis is extremely professional, kind, trustworthy, friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. I can't recommend him enough - both for his work and him as a person. Today was his last day working with us and we'll both sincerely miss working with him.My partner and I are new home owners and are going through our first storm damage loss. We are extraordinarily grateful that Francis is who showed up.
