The owners are so sweet and nice. They do a great and meticulous job cleaning and they do alterations as well. The son can be bit stern, but overall wonderful cleaners. This my 3rd dry cleaner in the area in the past 6 years, since two others closed up shop. Happy to of found PTC.
Michael the owner went above and beyond and got me my work uniform when I needed it for my first day. He went out of his way to meet me on a Sunday after I missed his stores hours of operation. He is very welcoming when you enter the store and he cares about his business and its customers. The clothes always come back looking perfect and very professional.
I have been using this cleaners for years now and have always been happy with service and pricing. Owner is super friendly and very accommodating. Recently I noticed they cleaned suede boots. I had a pair I was going to throw out because they had so much ground in salt from the winter. They were actually hard. To my very pleasant surprise, I just picked them up and they look almost brand new. Very happy with outcome. Highly reccomend.
