I worked with PuroClean and was thrilled with the experience. Alejandro, the owner, answered every question I had and set me at ease. The work they did was done quickly and thoroughly. I felt they were very honest, thorough, and friendly to work with. If you have an emergency, call PuroClean and the damage will soon be in the past.
PuroClean addressed some water damage to my walls and floors. I'm impressed by their professionalism, quality of work and attentiveness. They mitigated the water damage to avoid mold, protected my furniture, replaced my floors, replaced walls, and painted, among other things - and I have no complaints with their work. I've not seen one company that had the resources to address each of the things I needed, so having a one stop show, was very convenient. The owner was always accessible and stayed in touch regularly throughout the process. My home is now completely restored and actually looks better than it did before. After the initial call, Drasko, (Project Mgr) arrived quickly, assessed the condition of the area and had a crew on site within an hour to begin mitigation. The crew was courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently, cleanly, arrived promptly each day, and clearly answered all questions.
