We had a vary bad flood in our house a year ago, due to a malfunctioning pump in the basement's toilet, in the house we have been renting for several years now. Caleb came to the rescue --after the first emergency people we spoke to were asking for ridiculously high amounts of money.-- and immediatley took matters into his hands.Not only did he do remedial work immediately and professionally, but when our insurance denied our claim he went above and beyond, fighting for us until they accepted and eventually paid for the work. I was connected with Caleb Wright when I found about 8 inches of water in my basement. He arrived immediately, pumped out the water and helped with every phase of remediation and repair. He spoke to my insurance adjuster and helped arrange the mold remediation. The restoration was done timely and and looked perfect when it was complete. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Riverside Restoration.
