I have been suffering from care giver burnout after taking care of my senior parents for a whole year after moms open heart surgery. Dads health was touch and go for a bit . They are both great now and Im a mess. My nervous system is overly sensitive and my sleep has been horrible. Danny did some cranial sacral therapy to help calm my nervous system. Followed by swedish massage and I dont know what else lol...I was in lala land and didnt think to ask. Well it did help a lot and the following day the effects wore off some.
