I started getting weekly lymphatic drainage massages for the month leading up to my wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made during the entire prep process.
One of the biggest benefits I noticed was a significant reduction in water retention. That “puffy” feeling I’d normally get during stressful weeks practically disappeared.
Beyond the physical results, these massages became a reset button during a hectic time. I can’t recommend Kris’s lymphatic drainage massages enough and will definitely keep these a part of my self care rotation moving forward ❤️
Kris never disappoints, she has a wide variety of services as a Massage Therapist. From Detox foot baths, to PEMF and cupping- she does it all & does it the best!!!
