I hold all my tension in my neck and shoulders. I came in with stiffness and restricted movement. Sarah gave me a relaxing massage and I felt feeling softer and floaty with more mobility. Such a relaxing experience!

Sara is professional, warm and welcoming. I had my first session with her yesterday and booked another immediately upon completion of the first visit. She is passionate about helping people and give tips on how to improve your overall well-being based on your massage and what assessment she was able to make.
