I am not the same person I was when I first walked into the ECTS studio 8 years ago and that is directly because of the training, mentorship, and support I have received over the years. Not once have the instructors made me feel less than for not having any experience in martial arts. They have provided me a space where I have been challenged and have tried and accomplished things I never thought I can do. They have helped me become a stronger person and have shown me what it is like to feel pride in myself and eager to rise to a challenge. The training ECTS provides is unsurpassed, not only do students learn a unique style of self-defense, but it is a full experience; you are training to become a martial artist and that is not just a physical endeavor, but also one of the mind. Grand Master Serrano holds his students to a high standard by creating an atmosphere that is physically and mentally challenging and extremely rewarding. Having self-defense training in this world is something everyone should have, from kids to adults and the passion the instructors have for teaching us to defend ourselves is felt every single time we step on the mat. I cannot say enough about this studio and its instructors – they truly care about each one of their students. I am proud to be a student of ECTS.
I have a history of physical injuries from a car accident as a teenager and a very physical career path. Now in my 30's, I see Kate once a month to sooth and decompress my troublesome areas. This woman knows her craft. Heated towels, cupping, cbd oils, stretching massage, pressure point unbundling, and always fun to talk to. She is worth the wait as her schedule tends to book in advance with her regulars.
Mike (the owner) came out for a simple pump, but ended us teaching us all about our septic system. We learned more from him than the original installers! He and his wife did an amazing job and were professional, courteous, on time and most important: a great teacher.I'll recommend Mike and Middlebury Septic LLC everyone who needs a septic company.5/5 stars.
On Saturday, 10/21, I had a wedding to attend, and I was an out of town guest. Whenever I'm out of town, I always get a blowout from local salon. I haven't always had great experiences but in this case, I did. My hairdresser did a fabulous job. I forget her name (Lee, maybe?.. sorry about that!). I received many compliments on the styling so thank you!!!! Highly recommend this place.

Just completed the first class (parent/student session) and it was great! We were actually dreading it and thought time would drag (as it is done virtually) but our instructor, Crystal, was amazing! She was very friendly and provided so much useful information, but also made it comfortable and fun! Now instead of dreading the next classes, my daughter is actually looking forward to them! RH Masonry is the best mason I have ever experienced. These guys do incredible work, are professional, and offer a great value. I don’t think I have ever been so happy with a hair stylist / salon! I was a bit all over the place explaining what I needed but the entire team was so helpful and took care to get to the root (ha) of what I wanted. In the past I have been talked into diff services than what I really wanted but they completely understood and surpassed expectations. The result was better than I ever envisioned. I couldn’t be happier with this practice. Dr. Mandava truly cares about his patients! He will personally return calls after hours and weekends and will even meet the patient in the office if it’s an emergency. He will do everything he can to save a tooth and is not in it for the money!! His dental assistant Jackie is amazing and makes you relax and laugh and take your mind off of the procedure. So lucky to have a dentist like him!!

She made daily deliveries of much needed necessities and food from local restaurants. She even offered her services at the cleaners for any of our dry cleaning needs.
