When I met Peter, I immediately realized he was there for us, ready to do everything he could to make this difficult process as smooth as possible. When our family member passed away, it was our family’s first real death where we had to make the arrangements and handle the 'business' end of things.  We found that that’s the last thing you want do during these times.
