It goes without saying that when someone you love dies, it’s never an easy time. When our family member passed away, it was our family’s first real death where we had to make the arrangements and handle the 'business' end of things. We found that that’s the last thing you want do during these times. Stefanie, Richard and all the others were amazing and made this process as easy and stress-free as possible for us. Their patience and thoughtfulness and support helped us through that difficult time.
