Washington Memorial Funeral Home was a godsend to our family. I live in NC and my mom was living my in MD when she passed. So, our process was remote and seemed complicated to get her back to CT to be buried next to dad. John was terrific and worked out all the details on the MD end and back in CT. His crew is very professional and caring and did a wonderful job. I had made some pre-arrangements with to him 3 Tresa ahead, and when the time came he was on point and thought of all the details. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
We buried my mom this week. John was fantastic - made one call and he was at the house and then met with us to go over the process in great detail on the same day. The facilities are beautiful - John and his team did a great job in this final tribute to Mom. Special thanks also to Fred and John Jr. for being with us through the process. I would highly recommend Washington Memorial!
