Everyone in the office was so friendly and Dr.Levasseur was incredibly kind and thorough with the exam and he was really nice to talk to and have a conversation with during the exam most doctors are kind of stand offish to me because I’m covered in tattoos but he treated me like a person and listened to my concerns about my sight, my glasses came in less than a week after my appointment and I’m absolutely astounded at how well he got the perfect prescription for me, like I said the last pair I had from another doctor wasn’t correct so being able to actually see clearly for the first time in years has been amazing even though it’s been a day. “Today, I had my first appointment at Forest Park Eye Care since relocating from Shrewsbury to Springfield, Massachusetts. This visit was for my annual eye exam, and I must admit, I was initially skeptical about finding a good eye doctor in Springfield. However, from the moment I walked in, I was thoroughly impressed.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and kind. Despite my disability, they showed great patience and took the time to explain every step of the process clearly. Their attention to hygiene was also outstanding, which is something I always notice and value. I observed staff members disinfecting equipment immediately after use, and the doctors ensured proper hand hygiene by using sanitizer before attending to each patient.

The office itself was spotless, and their commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment made me feel very comfortable. I was so pleased with the experience that I’ve already scheduled my appointment for next year.
