“Recently had my prescription updated. I went to the Walmart vision center for my new glasses. The associate (Elaine) was excellent. She was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. She assisted with picking out the proper frames and explained the process very thoroughly (I had transitional bi-focal lenses in the new frames) There was no pressure or hard-sell. Best part was glasses were ready in less than a week. Awesome!“

“Customer service at this local small business is exceptional! I definitely recommend anyone to come here for all their optical needs and service. My toddler rolled over on my eye glasses and broke a temple. My glasses were from overseas so I wouldn’t be able to contact the manufacturer/ company. I went to another optical office and was told they didn’t have the right replacement part to fix it. I thought I’d have to get brand new eye glasses. But, I stopped by Edmund’s Opticians one morning to see if they could help me with my eye glass repair. The owner was so extremely nice. He went to see what extra parts he had available and helped me replace the broken temple with no charge. I can’t thank him enough! Thank you Ed!“

Even before I made a commitment to purchase new lenses for my frames, Greg helped me parse out what might be awry with my inaccurate lens script that had been cursorily arrived at by a tech during a recent ophthalmology appointment. He gave me excellent advice to determine how to best rectify this situation, and continues to be a valuable resource to guide me to determining the correct lens script for me. I intend to go to him for all future optical needs. He's a gem.“

“I came here because I needed somewhere to go where I could walk in to get glasses with an existing prescription. My eye doctor is fantastic in Agawam but I am not a huge fan of the glasses buying side of it there because you need an appt and can't just walk in and try glasses on. Sandy was very patient with me and helped narrow down the selections I had made. She was friendly with my 1 year old as well! I was worried about the Google rating but I don't know why they don't have a better score after going in. I guess I can't speak to the eye exam side but for going in to purchase glasses, it was a breeze. We'll see how the glasses come in but as of now, I'm sold on their customer service just from my first visit. I will update it if I have any issues when my glasses come in.“
