I’ve been coming to Forest Park Eye Care for over 13 years, and this is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience. The glasses I received were terrible and had to be redone.
The front desk and lens department customer service has really gone downhill—it feels like they don’t care anymore, which is very disappointing for a long-time patient.

The only reason for the 2 star is cause we live pretty far out and based on the Google hrs of operation says Friday till 4:30pm. Come to find out after the long drive there, that in person it says 1:30pm..
So, that completely sucks!
