They were at the house at 9 AM the next day with the replacement unit. By noon they had installed the new water heater, tested it and removed the old unit. Thank goodness for my family, our experience with Murace was the complete opposite. Long story short, we contacted Murace on a Sunday for an emergency service call. Our refrigerator was holding my family hostage with a terrible smell coming from a bolted down spill tray under the unit. We knew what needed to be done but didn't have the equipment to make it happen. Mark came over and fixed everything in about 15 minutes.
