Great experience with JNR Plumbing today. I hired them for a cleaning of my tankless water heater. They were very knowledgeable and informative and walked me through all of the service that needed to be done and why. Their system is excellent, sending notifications of when the technician is on their way and the ability to track him.The tech was very nice & knowledgeable. He called the manufacturer to ensure that my warranty was in effect for the correct time period. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Dario today! I had a small emergency with my shower and he came within hours to assess. He was professional, explained the possible problems, and was able to fix within 30 minutes. I’ll definitely use JNR again!Service: Shower repair

JNR staffs are very professional, courteous and efficient, starting from the first contact to job completion. Their licensed technicians are very experienced & knowledgeable. They replaced our toilet in less than 2 hours with virtually no disruption to our normal routine. Office staff keep us well informed from appointment reminders to technician’s background to dispatch time. Price is fair. They disclosed their quote with all possible scenarios/options.
