JNR was 100% reliable. The texted when they were coming and arrived right on time. The plumber Marion was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problems and explained how he would fix them. He gave me a quote right away which was extremely reasonable. Mario then fixed the problems in not a long amount of time. Parke and Aden stopped by to replace some toilet supply valves/lines and also estimates for additional plumbing repair. They were courteous, thorough, and cleaned up very well. No complaints!
Edit: One of the supply lines had a very tiny leak that caused some discoloration on the pipe after about 4 months. I notified JNR and they quickly dispatched Dario and Steve. They went above and beyond for a relatively minor issue, and it was greatly appreciated!
