“Called them at 8:30am on a Saturday to replace a leaking pipe. They showed up within the hour and immediately got to work. Identified that the leaking pipe was part of the heating system and they helped me isolate it from the rest of the house water so that I could turn the main water back on. Pipe was replaced and they bled the radiator system within an hour. Don't yet know what the cost will be but I'll update the review once I get the bill.EDIT: Total was $266 with $240 in labor and $6 in materials. Note that they don't accept credit cards, only checks.“

I called up Frank Marinelli Plumbing and Heating to dee if they could check things out for less, and the guy on the phone walked me through how I could do the work myself for a cost of about $10-15 bucks. That type of help and honestly is rare. These guys did not get a dime for the advice today, but next time I have a plumbing issue, I know who I’m going to call.“

ABS plumbing is listed as a Master Plumber for this kind of job. I called ABS plumbing and right away Steve came, got all the paperworks (permits) done online, coordinated with the village inspector to get the Blue card and got the final inspection from conEdison. He was so professional, efficient, and friendly. Easy to reach and communicate. He saved my Thanksgiving! I highly recommend him!“
“This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. The estimate was over $5000!My parents were school teachers in White Plains. My father worked with plumbers in the summer when school was out of session, and he cleaned furnaces. He built this house in 1963. I found it hard to believe a 60 year old house that had been well taken care of for the 50 years they lived in it could have fallen into such a state of disrepair.All-Self Plumbing listened to my story, and the owner- Bahru, promised to give me an honest estimate. “Con Ed shut down our gas on a Friday night at 6pm in below freezing temperatures. Not only did Frank call me back immediately (after hours) but he handled everything from filing for a permit to dealing with Con Ed directly - persisting with them while they dragged their feet so that he could help us get our gas turned back on and we could have heat in the dead of winter. He worked tirelessly to help us and replace the leaking pipes as quickly as possible while making sure everything was done so neatly, properly and up to code. He was extremely responsive and kept in constant contact to help us make sure our pipes didn't freeze (even loaning us an extra heater!) while we waited for Con Ed. I can't say enough great things about Frank and his company. “Adrian did a fantastic job. We have a 100+ year old old house with old cast iron plumbing. Our toilet was overflowing and causing backup in the shower - Yikes! We called on Saturday afternoon and they were able to come out immediately at 9am Sunday. Adrian was thorough and cleared out not only the clog, but got as much scale buildup out of the pipes as he could. He cleaned the tub as well (did not expect that). Above and beyond service.
