The original visit by the assessor was disappointing. He came in the afternoon of 06/11, and promised that the plumber would come that afternoon. By 4:30pm, the plumber had not arrived, so I called Roto-Rooter, and was told that no appointment had been made for that afternoon. The assessor had left without informing us of this.
With respect to the plumber (Steve) who came on Friday as promised by the office, he did a great job fixing the problem. Unfortunately, the leak recurred the following week. This time, Steve re-worked the geometry of the pipes. So far, so good.
I would have rated the service with 5 stars, but for the experience with the assessor.
