Warehouse toilet drain that was clogged for years, and to me as a new owner, this was unacceptable. The problem was resolved by Drain Away in a matter of 25 minutes. This was definitely a job that required experience and specialized equipment. We now have an extra functional bathroom when needed. Nothing is cheap these days, but the big names in the drain business charged me three times as much for a similar job in the past. I highly recommend Rich and his friendly professional crews.

Richard Sachs has serviced our house twice now. Both times have been efficiently resolved and reasonably priced. The second visit was a call on a holiday weekend Sunday. Sewage backing up into the house with out of town guests staying with us. A real disaster in the making. But Richard answered the phone on the first call, and was at my house in about 15 minutes. The clog was the main line out of the house, to the septic. Snaking from the toilet would have been a real ordeal, but he had the tools and the foresight to address the clog from the septic side. Rich and his crew were professional, courteous, polite and so helpful. Before calling Rich I don’t know what to do with the problem I had but once he and his team arrive they made sure to take charge and get the job done.
