They send you a text about 20 minutes before they’re completed so you can pick your pet up right as they finish and you don’t have to worry about your pet waiting around in a cage or anything, which I love. Hank is a little shy but he always has a big smile when he comes home from the Groomer’s (and he smells and looks amazing)! Another bonus is the really adorable bandanas he gets everytime!“
