The space is clean and organized, booking online is simple, and the whole experience is easy from start to finish. They’re also fast, which is huge with a nervous older dog. They keep the process moving smoothly, and Leroy is usually ready quickly without it feeling rushed.

Communication is great too. They send a text when he’s close to being done, which makes pickup easy and keeps everything moving smoothly.

Most importantly, they take great care of him. He always comes back clean, well-groomed, and happy to be done with the whole dramatic ordeal. Really appreciate Neon Dog and definitely recommend them.“
