“I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Nicole. She is absolutely exceptional, and I feel so fortunate to have found her!
What makes her so special is that she only takes one dog at a time, and you can actually stay and watch your dog being groomed. That may sound like a small thing, but it makes such a huge difference. There’s no leaving your dog for hours in a cage, surrounded by other dogs, listening to all of the barking and anxiety, and wondering how stressed they are. Instead, your dog gets her undivided attention in a calm, quiet environment.
Nicole has many years of experience and it really shows—not only in the quality of her grooming, but in the way she understands and connects with dogs. She has such a calm, gentle, reassuring presence. You can tell that she genuinely loves dogs and knows how to make them feel safe and comfortable. She is incredibly patient and kind, while still being efficient and getting everything done beautifully.
I was so impressed watching her work. My dog was comfortable, relaxed, and clearly trusted her, and that means everything to me.
And considering the personalized, one-on-one care she provides, her fees are extremely reasonable.
I have used other groomers before, and honestly, this experience was on a completely different level. Once you see how much calmer and happier your dog can be when they aren’t spending hours in a busy grooming salon, it’s hard to imagine going back to the traditional way.
If you love your dog and want them to be treated with genuine care, patience, and respect—not just groomed—I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough. She is truly a gem! ❤🐾”
