“In 2021 I had 4 cervical spinal surgeries for spinal stenosis and a disc that was sideways in my neck and then I was assaulted which caused a fracture in my neck from the first surgery. Then I got an infection after the second surgery which caused the third and then the third surgery wasn’t healing so well so they had to go back and clean it out again. So after year of seeing my neurologist I finally made it to My first pain management doctor. And after the fourth rescheduling, I finally got to meet him and he told me to get used to my pain because I was gonna be stuck with it the rest of my life. I didn’t agree, so I left him and found another pain management doctor. Along with some specialists . My primary care doctor reached out to a friend that happened to know Dr. Averbach from school.. made an appointment after my first visit he taught me a threading technique that made that pain that the pain management doctor said to “get used to” go away completely After doing the threading technique, a handful of times. I had no balance I could not walk straight. I had a huge gape in my walk. I felt completely broken. I couldn’t even walk properly.. Within few months, I was able to walk straight again get my bearings back And feel almost human again. With adding a little acupuncture alongside, we really made some miracles❣️ I strongly recommend the UB clinic to everybody because we all need adjustments just like our car needs to be realigned our bodies do as well. I believe I’ve been going for about two years now And plan to continue to use them as my regular maintenance of keeping my skeletal system properly aligned to help minimize any additional pain.“

“I am a contractor for Live Free Therapy and happened upon a really angry review of the practice today by accident. I have worked at LFT for more than a year and I can only say that I have always been really selective about the places I have chosen to work. The owner, Diana Kral, is a woman of the utmost integrity. I have never known her to be anything other than compassionate, honest, professional and respectful. If I didn’t know that to be true, I wouldn’t have chosen to provide clinical therapeutic services under the auspice of Live Free Therapy. To that point, I recently moved to a new home and decided to keep all clients who chose to continue seeing me on a virtual basis. Some really needed to continue therapy through in-person sessions and Diana took time to meet with me so she could be sure they were transitioned to clinicians that would be the best fit. I am busy with a full time job but chose to maintain my relationship with Live Free Therapy because I care deeply for my clients and I care very much about continuing my relationship with Diana, an extremely caring practitioner, business owner and human being. I have known therapists, including myself, to frequently NOT charge clients any fees for last minute cancellations. I do this more times than not. We live in a time when illness and other variables prevent clients from being able to keep appointments. So very sorry that the negative reviewer is unhappy. I really felt compelled to share my own experience to provide a very different perspective.“

“I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Juliet Yirerong yesterday . She was incredibly friendly and made me feel genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in. What I appreciated most was how she took the time to clearly explain medical terms and procedures I didn’t understand, breaking everything down in a way that was easy to follow — without ever making me feel uncomfortable or less knowledgeable.

All except for Tracey who schedules for Dr Addleman. TRACEY is TERRIBLE. She does not return calls. Constantly ignores requests to schedule procedures and follow ups. Is always “at lunch” no matter what time of day you call. Soundview please do something about her!“
