“The doctors and medical assistants are very compassionate and professional. The office staff not so much. For my first appointment, I was not given any paperwork or instructions prior to my appointment. I was not prepped for a 2 hour appointment. Major failure in communication. Upon arriving, I checked in with a receptionist that was half wearing a mask and proceeded to sniffle and wipe her nose with her hand and then handle my documents! Absolutely gross! Either wear the mask or take it off. Half measures are useless.“

“I started treatment for my vein issues in my legs in December. I had one leg with lots of spider veins and my ankle was always swollen. After treatment, the swelling in that ankle is gone and I still need to go for my injections. I love the staff and Dr. Ashfar is funny and always follows up with me to make sure I’m okay after an appointment. Oh and the scheduling lady is a doll. Newtown Office.“
