JC Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof. They worked with insurance throughout the process, answering all questions and ensuring all aspects were covered. Edgar and Jefferson were always available, even on the same day to stop by and make sure everything is going smoothly. Even when an issue did occur, they immediately worked to correct everything in a fast and timely manner. They are also very supportive of the community, and sponsored the local Little League softball team. I would definitely recommend JC Construction for any future needs.
JB’s Barbershop's Southbury location has a comfortable, laid-back atmosphere that makes getting a haircut feel more like hanging out than running an errand. The barbers are friendly, the shop is welcoming, and you never feel like they’re rushing to get you out of the chair.
Jamie McIntosh has been my barber for going on almost 2 years now, and it’s always a pleasure going to see him. He’s genuinely friendly, easy to talk to, and takes his time to make sure everything looks right. His prices are reasonable and well worth it for a quality, unrushed haircut, whether you’re getting a regular cut or adding a beard trim and shape-up. I drive about 30 minutes each way to see him, and I don’t plan on switching anytime soon. Highly recommend Jamie and JB’s Barbershop. Was beyond relieved to put GreatClips, SuperCuts and all those other cheap and speedy alternatives behind me and would gladly spend the extra $10-$15 again and again. Try JB's and specifically Jamie just once, and I promise you, you'll be back.
While I personally haven't had my hair cut by anyone but Jamie, all the other barbers are great guys to talk to and treat you more like a good friend or old pal as opposed to just another customer. And from what I've seen watching in my chair, they all provide the same great services and quality cuts that Jamie gives.
I haven't bothered looking since I met him, but in all my years before, I found that no one could beat the quality haircut, beard trim and shape up that Jamie delivers for $45. Keep up the great work JB's and Jamie!

Stylist: Ashley is amazing!! She’s basically a magician, I came in with a botched DIY hair bleaching fail that she’s managed to fix it, helped make my hair feel so much healthier and natural looking! Really glad I’ve been loyal, she makes it so easy to come back for more!!

Tina is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable hairstylist who is always attentive, kind, and a pleasure to work with. I truly enjoy my appointments with her and always leave with my hair looking and feeling absolutely gorgeous. She listens carefully to my preferences and goes above and beyond to deliver perfection every time. Some people just have a natural touch with their craft, and she is one of them. My only hesitation in sharing this recommendation is that she’s so amazing, I’m worried she’ll get too busy, and I won’t be able to get an appointment!

Vilem, a master plumber, is an extraordinary professional and person. We just had him do work at my mother's home. He replaced the cold water shuf-off valve and the ice maker shut-off valve under the kitchen sink and installed a Moen Adler kitchen faucet we purchased beforehand. The faucet being replaced had sediment build-up in the filter of the aerator, and it had been installed only eight months prior by another plumber. (We had to buy new because the aerator could not be detached, and we could not match the spray wand.) Vilem suggested that one explanation for the rapid sediment build-up was dirty water from excavation work at our site that came in from the main water line at the time the faucet was installed. To prevent that from occurring again, he made certain to have the main run off on a spigot before connecting the new faucet. Vilem was extremely reasonable in his pricing, and he made himself available in a timely manner. We couldn't be happier. He went above and beyond.
Great experience with this company. Called them last minute day before July 4th holiday and they had a technician out to our home in a couple hours. The HVAC professional was quick and charged a reasonable rate. Highly recommend and will use again!

Excellent dental work. Dr. DeBennedetto is a highly skilled dentist and he is what I consider an artist, judging by his fine work. He uses a great painless technique when giving a shot. His friendly assistant Alyssa is very quick and accurate. I highly recommend him. After my latest cleaning, I can say the hygienist Tressyn is extremely thorough and very skillful with her attention to detail. She is friendly and gave me some great tips about using Waterpiks, showing a genuine interest in my dental care. Her expert cleaning technique was gentle without causing me any discomfort. That made the cleaning visit pleasant. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. They all deserve more than 5 stars. I highly recommend this office to family and friends. You won't be disappointed.

His office is clean and his office staff and vet techs are pleasant and helpful. We look forward to his continuing care of our fur babies.

Best massage place in Southbury. My husband and I try to go every few months and absolutely love it. Every masseuse we have had has been exceptional - asking what our pain points are and explaining why certain areas are tight. My husband even fell asleep he was so relaxed!!!
