Yesterday I had my first haircut at Cost Cutters in Southbury Ct. I met Paula who did my haircut. From the first greeting she was welcoming, friendly and listened to me through my entire visit. She was extremely attentive to what I was saying.I would definitely call again and ask for Paula.Thank-you Cost Cutters.Margaret C.

Had a lovely experience with my mom working with Rachel. She took us as walk ins at the end of the day, when no one else was available, and gave us lovely cuts! She also had an excellent sense of humor. Would recommend!

Rachael cut my hair for the first time a few weeks ago, and I was a bit nervous, so I gave her a very detailed description of what I was looking for. My hair is very thick, wavy and curly, and most stylists do not give me a symmetrical cut, they cut the curls out of my hair, or have a hard time shaping it well. In about 5 minutes I had the best cut in my life! Without a doubt I will be back!!!!
