“Had a leak in my ceiling saw the good reviews on google and gave them a call. The girl who answered and took my reservation was super friendly. They called about an hour before arrival and were super polite. They quickly figured out the issue and told me how to solve it. It was something i would have never been able to figure out on my own. Ill definitely call them if i ever have an issue or need service again and would recommend them.”
“I needed a part for a high-end outdoor shower. When I brought the part into the store, Rob diagnosed what was not working. He and other staff spent considerable time looking for a nut that would have solved the problem. When it was clear that they didn't have one, they spent even more time trying to figure out how to order just a small part of the shower system. They even brought it in overnight so that I could get the shower up and running. When I couldn't disconnect the nut on the new part from the unit, I took it back. Three men worked together to unscrew the over-torqued nuts on either side. This is the difference between going to a local, knowledgeable store vs a big box store or Amazon. I could not recommend them more highly.”
