Plumber arrived within 40 min after scheduling. Price was $709 which is very steep considering other plumbers charge $200-$300. They were very ice and fixed issue with no additional charge.
was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an appointment when I called at 5 PM and within an hour Eli showed up! Eli was very professional and personable and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and efficiently. He explained exactly what he was going to do and gave me tips on how to maintain a good working sink.
Eli Sanchez came to my house to evaluate a clogged basement drain. We spoke about cost of fixing it, and he gave me an acceptable number, even giving me a Veteran Discount! Eli works on it and then shows me his progress, but tells me he isn't charging me because he isnt able to fully complete the task, (no fault of his), due to how the drain pipe was installed when tge house was built in 1961.
I was disappointed, yes, because I need it fixed, BUT his honestly spoke louder than my disappointment. In today's modern times, it is rare to find honesty like Eli showed. I was snd am very impressed by this.
