I had a surprise leak and I called in. I immediately got a call back from Ed. While he was working on another job, he looked at pictures and a video of my leak and was able to diagnose the problem. I was able to have it fixed quickly with that information. Ed went out of his way to help me and I had never spoken to him before. That's the sign of a good business. Thanks Ed!
I found water leaking into my basement crawlspace so, having heard good things about Ed's, I called them. They listened to me and came out shortly thereafter, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Neat, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
Cannot recommend more highly. Have used on multiple jobs and nothing but professional, fair priced, and unrivaled quality of work. Extremely responsive and takes the time to explain the work. They are also extremely honest and will be upfront if he thinks the work is unnecessary. Ed’s plumbing has gotten me out of two emergency situations within the last year. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with the work. Do not make the mistake of hiring anyone else.
